Return & Refund Policy
At Flanae, we offer both digital and physical goods. Because these are handled differently, please review our policy below:
1. Digital Products (Templates & Bundles) No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of templates, illustrations, and digital bundles are final once the download link is sent or accessed.
Technical Support: If you experience a corrupted file or technical issue, contact us at birds@flanae.com within 48 hours for a replacement link.
2. Physical Goods (Apparel & Merch) 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items with signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or the wrong size was sent by us, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind or customer-selected sizing errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return for a physical item, please email birds@flanae.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
