Welcome to Flanae. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our physical and digital products, and the procurement of our professional services. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Professional Services & Custom Work

For clients engaging in professional design or web services:

  • Scope of Work: Services will be performed as outlined in the specific project proposal or invoice provided to the client.
  • Client Obligations: You agree to provide all necessary assets (copy, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in adjusted timelines.
  • Revisions: Unless otherwise stated, professional services include a set number of revision rounds. Additional requests may incur extra fees.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

When purchasing digital assets (such as templates, illustrations, or digital bundles):

  • License Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets for personal or commercial use as specified at the point of purchase.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw digital files as standalone products.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final once the download link has been provided.

3. Physical Goods & Shipping

  • Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure shipping addresses and product variants (size, color, etc.) are correct at checkout.
  • Fulfillment: We aim to process orders promptly; however, shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Returns for physical apparel or goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Brand Ownership: All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and site design, is the exclusive property of Flanae.
  • User Content: If you submit feedback or testimonials, you grant us the right to use that content for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability Flanae shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
