1. Digital Products Delivery

Instant Access: All digital assets (templates, illustrations, and bundles) are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method: Once your payment is confirmed via PayFast, you will receive an automated email with a download link.

No Shipping Fees: Digital products do not incur any shipping or handling charges.

2. Physical Goods Processing Time

Fulfillment: All physical orders (apparel and merch) are processed within 3–5 business days.

Schedule: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

High Volume: During new collection drops or peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
